Clean fish by rinsing in cold water, shake off excess water and pat dry.


Pour fish fry in a paper or plastic bag. Add fish and gently shake to coat. Make sure fish is well coated.


Deep fry fish at 350 - 375 degrees until internal temperature is 145 degrees.


Remove from fryer and place on a cooling rack with a plate with paper towels on it to absorb any excess frying oil that drips.


Product can also be used on on other seafood items such as shrimp and oysters.
