Our all purpose Chicken Fry can be used on pork chops, gizzards,steak, vegetables and more.
Our recipe:
Clean chicken by removing any excess fat.
Rinse chicken with cold water, shake off excess water and pat dry
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together 3 eggs with 1 tsp hot sauce and set aside.
Add chicken fry to a paper or plastic bag
Dip each piece of chicken into egg wash coating then dip into seasoned flour bag and shake to thoroughly coat each piece.
For best results let chicken sit for 10-15 minutes until coating has set before frying.
Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees, then drain on rack or paper towels.
