Our all purpose Chicken Fry can be used on pork chops, gizzards,steak, vegetables and more.


Our recipe:

  • Clean chicken by removing any excess fat.

  • Rinse chicken with cold water, shake off excess water and pat dry

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk together 3 eggs with 1 tsp hot sauce and set aside.

  • Add chicken fry to a paper or plastic bag 

  • Dip each piece of chicken into egg wash coating then dip into seasoned flour bag and shake to thoroughly coat each piece. 

  • For best results let chicken sit for 10-15 minutes until coating has set before frying.

  • Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees, then drain on rack or paper towels.
